Message from the Representative Director
In 1953, our company started as a repair shop for pumps, valves, and other hydraulic components used in oil refineries. After our former president took over the business, he declared that, beyond repairs, a new era of manufacturing was coming, and so he introduced a new machine tool- the first of its type to be produced and sold in Japan.Machines with five axes, which had not been available before, were revolutionary because parts that had previously been made in several processes could now be machined in a single process, making them cheaper and quicker to complete, which also enabled the company to grow dramatically.
Our company considers mutual profitability with the customer to be our growth strategy.

In 2022, the first year of the medium-term management plan, all employees will work together with renewed spirit to make a fresh start. There are many job opportunities, If they doesn’t knock, We seize those opportunities. We will not forget this sense of urgency and new challenges from the time of our founding in order to seize opportunities, get on a growth trajectory as a company, and undertake significant structural reforms.
And over the next few years, starting this year, our company will be going through a transitional period.We continue to be grateful to our customers who have chosen us from amongst the many component manufacturers and who have supported our growth over the years, and we will continue to create more value than ever before and provide you with advanced technology through our components in terms of delivery dates and quality control levels.
Last but not least, the dream of Iizuka is to release products under our company’s own brand onto the market.
Japan is known as manufacturing-oriented country and offers remarkable quality to the world; consequently, we are not afraid to fail. We will tackle new challenges in the spirit of an enhanced company, under the slogan ” Endeavor, Enthusiasm, and Service,”, as aspiring manufacturing industry engineers.

The policy at the time of establishment of our company was manufacturing for society of the next generation, an attitude of creating a culture of serving as a duty, enthusiasm to boldly accept the challenge of new technology and provide a manufacturing service satisfactory for the customer; thus, we will educate human resources to play a key role in the next generation and seek enhanced technology through tireless efforts and technological innovations.
We will continue to work for manufacturing that can contribute to the future of Japan through technology.
