Message from the Representative Director
The Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024, which occurred on New Year’s Day, was a tremendous disaster, and we express our deepest sympathies to all those who suffered from the disaster and wish for a speedy recovery.
In 2024, the second year of our mid-term management plan, we will build and complete construction of a new plant. The new plant will be located in the current site of our main factory in Handa, which was built by the previous president (Yasukazu Iizuka) and has been engaged in the production of precision parts for about 38 years.
In response to the effects of the Great Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake in 2004 and the Niigata Chuetsu Offshore Earthquake in 2007, which weakened the ground and deteriorated the buildings, as well as to changes in profitability due to external factors such as the recent sharp rise in resource prices and exchange rate fluctuations, we have decided to construct a new plant in Karuigawa by consolidating plant buildings and material storage warehouses that are dispersed among three locations in the city, including our main plant. In addition, a portion of the headquarters plant will be renovated and reopened as a new plant. In addition, a portion of the headquarters plant will be renovated to create a new headquarters and manufacturing function where sales, material production management, manufacturing, production engineering, general affairs, accounting, and executives can fulfill their respective roles and responsibilities, thereby paving the way for a new era.
In 2024, we will make a strong start like a dragon. As a manufacturer of components for petrochemicals, medical, semiconductors, and energy, we will make a fresh start with all of our employees working together to achieve the goals of our medium-term management plan and SDGs activities as soon as possible.
Work does not come to us by waiting for it, nor does it fall into our hands, but we must seize it. Based on this concept, we will continue to be grateful to our customers who have chosen us from among many parts manufacturers and who have supported our growth over the years, and we will continue to provide QCD value by manufacturing each and every product with care.
As a manufacturer of parts for fluid machinery and equipment, we will continue to take on challenges this year with a spirit of challenge and without fear of failure, always striving to raise the bar based on our company motto of “Challenge, Enthusiasm, and Service.
We look forward to your continued guidance and encouragement.
