Message from the Representative Director

Iizuka & Co., Ltd. was founded in 1953 as a repair workshop for fluid components such as pumps and valves used in oil refineries. Since then, the company has grown into a manufacturer of fluid components serving a wide range of industries, including energy, semiconductor, medical, pharmaceutical, and chemical fields.
Guided by our corporate philosophy of “continuously refining and shining as a reliable, proposal-oriented technical group chosen by customers, becoming a company where confidence and pride are realized through contributions to the development of society, and pursuing the happiness of our employees, customers, and business partners,” we strive for constant improvement under our corporate motto of “Challenge, Passion, and Service.”
Furthermore, with the aim of building the Iizuka brand from five key perspectives, we continue to innovate as a parts manufacturer that delivers customer satisfaction, guided by the belief that opportunities are not something to be waited for or simply given, but something to be actively seized, while never forgetting our gratitude to the customers who have chosen us and to all those who have supported our growth over the years, and by carefully manufacturing each product to provide value in terms of QCD.
With the aim of becoming a company that lasts for 100 years, we have been promoting the consolidation of our factories since 2024, and have now begun full-scale operations at our First Manufacturing Plant as the final stage of our facility development.
At the same time, we have established an on-site Production Management Department and are promoting continuous improvements and reforms to enhance productivity.
As our productivity improvement project enters its fifth year, building on the DX initiatives we have steadily accumulated so far, and taking our newly established “Five Principles of Quality” as our foundation, we are fully committed to pursuing our “125% Productivity Improvement Project” while striving to realize our ideal vision of quality.
We respectfully ask for your continued guidance and support.
