Message from the Representative Director

Iizuka & Co., Ltd. began its journey in 1953 as a repair shop for fluid components such as pumps and valves used in petroleum refining plants. Over the years, we have grown into a manufacturer of fluid components used in the energy, semiconductor, medical, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Our company upholds the philosophy of “continuously refining and shining as a trusted, proposal-based technology group, contributing to societal development, and pursuing the happiness of our employees, customers, and business partners while fostering a sense of confidence and pride.”
Each of our employees remains committed to self-improvement without being satisfied with the status quo. With this mindset, we strive to establish the Iizuka Brand across five key areas and continue to innovate as a fluid component manufacturer that ensures customer satisfaction.
Following the belief that “Work does not come to you by waiting, nor does it fall from the sky—it must be seized,” we are deeply grateful to our customers who have chosen us among many component manufacturers and those who have supported our growth over the years. We take great care in manufacturing each product with precision and remain committed to delivering value in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
The year 2025 marks a major turning point for our company. At the end of December 2024, we completed the construction of our first manufacturing plant, achieving our long-planned consolidation of production sites. With a 140% increase in capacity compared to our previous facilities, we have optimized machine layout to enhance productivity and reduce lead times, while also reforming our internal logistics.
Additionally, we are promoting digitalization to improve progress sharing and enable faster responses, driving innovation and reform from multiple perspectives.
With a fearless spirit of challenge, we continue to evolve as a fluid equipment component manufacturer, upholding our company motto: “Challenge, Passion, and Service.” We will always push ourselves to the next level.
We sincerely appreciate your continued guidance and support.
